Shipping Conditions
- Products will be delivered to you within 1-2 business days after receiving your order and issuing an invoice during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
- If you place an order before 3:00 PM on any given day, the products will be shipped the next business day. For example, if you order on Monday before 3:00 PM, the products will be delivered by Tuesday.
- If you place an order after 3:00 PM on any given day, the products will be shipped the following 2 business days. For example, if you order on Monday after 3:00 PM, the products will be delivered by Wednesday.
Shipping Charges
- For orders valued under 3,000 THB (excluding 7% VAT), there is a shipping fee of 90 THB for nationwide delivery.
- For orders valued at 3,000 THB or more (excluding 7% VAT), shipping is free nationwide.
Notes :
- Products purchased are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- In the case of damaged or defective items caused by the company or during shipping, please check your products upon receipt and notify the company within 7 business days.
