If you forgot your password, please follow the steps to create a new password

2. Click on ‘Forgot Password’

3. You can choose reset your new password with your mobile number or email login.

3.1 If you choose reset your new password with your mobile phone

• Fill your mobile number that you registered and click ‘Send OTP’

• Enter the 4 digit OTP code that the system has sent the message to your mobile number.

• Click 'Reset Password' to request a new password to access the website.

• Set your password. The password must have at least 8 characters and a maximum of 16 characters.

In the password must contain at least 1 uppercase letter and at least 1 lowercase letter, for example Borneo123.

• Confirm the password again and click 'Continue'.

3.2. If you choose reset your new password with your email

• Fill in your e-mail and click ‘Send Email’

• Set your password. The password must have at least 8 characters and a maximum of 16 characters.

In the password must contain at least 1 uppercase letter and at least 1 lowercase letter, for example Borneo123.

• Confirm the password again and click 'Continue'.
